Why do people give the brutal North Korean regime their money just to go on tours?

Tourists to North Korea are partially liable for the victims of North Korean brutality.

Reunion of two Koreas is impossible, because how they find a compromise of a political structure? North Korean power will want to manage united Korea absolutely the same as they are doing now in North Korea. South Korea will want to have a social structure in united Korea as they have now in South Korea – open borders, access to the Internet, elections and so on… And people in the North don't want to live how people live in the South, despite that they even don't know how people live in the South. And people in South Korea don't want to live as in North Korea – in a totally controlled country without access to any information from another world.

What is that song at the beginning? I want it! I don't think it's their national anthem either. It sounds like a military fight song, kinda like the Korean version of 'Armiya Moya'.
